Body Balancing Medical Massage Therapy — Rebalancing the body to get back to life
Your Therapist — Gary Gammon, LMT. Same goal as you: Get back to life. Gary's approved portrait in his therapy room.

A Little About Me

I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2000, with a practice in St. Cloud, FL for over 26 years. I was in Brevard County before that.

I started Body Balancing Massage Therapy to offer a different approach — one that looks beyond just symptoms and focuses on the bigger picture. The body is an interconnected system, and when you address the underlying factors, you give it a better chance to function well.

I've always been interested in how things work — the body, the environment, and the natural systems that keep us alive. That curiosity is what led me to the approach I use today with Medical Massage Therapy (MMT).

I'm also a fiction author, and I enjoy writing, gardening, and spending time with my three children and three grandchildren.

You don't need to have all the answers before you come in. We'll figure it out together.

My Approach

I use Medical Massage Therapy (MMT) to look at the body as a whole, not just the area that hurts. We consider posture, movement patterns, fascia, lymphatic flow, the nervous system, and how the body adapts to stress and injury.

I integrate many tools, some of which include lymphatic drainage, myofascial therapy, neuromuscular therapy, and Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), depending on what your body needs.

It's more like a medical treatment than a typical massage, and many clients tell me, “I didn't know someone like you existed.”
