Body Balancing Medical Massage Therapy — Rebalancing the body to get back to life
Our tools

The tools are not the treatment.

What matters isn't how many techniques someone knows. It's knowing which one makes sense, when, and why.

Myofascial approaches

Hands-on work informed by the relationships among fascia, movement, and tissue tolerance.

Neuromuscular techniques

Attention to muscular guarding, tenderness, and patterns of referred pain.

Lymphatic techniques

Gentle approaches used when appropriate for swelling and tissue-fluid management, with attention to medical precautions.

Frequency Specific Microcurrent

A low-level electrical modality I may incorporate. Research on many proposed FSM applications remains limited, so it isn't presented as a proven cure.

Movement & posture observation

How the body organizes itself during standing, walking, and daily activity can inform the session.

Breath & recovery

Breathing patterns and the body's ability to settle can help guide how much work is appropriate.

Why not book a specific modality?

Because your body doesn't read a service menu. I use the tools that make sense for your presentation and adjust as the response changes. More treatment isn't automatically better treatment.

For swelling, unexplained neurological symptoms, acute injury, or significant medical conditions, appropriate diagnosis and medical clearance may be necessary before hands-on work.
